My MA project is an exploration of experience design, serving as a way to visualize conversations with AI
In some cultures, there is a superstition that people born during a full moon tend to understand others' emotions better and form deeper bonds with their mothers. While this idea lacks scientific evidence, as someone born under a full moon, I often feel a heightened sense of empathy and a deep connection to emotions, particularly those tied to the mother-child bond. This inspired me to explore our emotional relationship with motherhood.
In today’s fast-paced world, there is rarely time to pause and reflect on our inner feelings.

Many of us seek comforting words and emotional support, while others struggle with unresolved issues related to their mothers. Some yearn for an ideal maternal figure—someone who offers unconditional love and support at any time. As someone who constantly craves the support of a motherly presence, I began searching for a digital solution to this universal longing.
While researching, I discovered countless requests online for comforting words and even for hiring a “mothering figure” for a day. It made me realize that the world could be a better place with more people whose emotional needs are met—people who feel nurtured and heard. What if we could provide this support digitally, allowing anyone to feel loved and valued whenever they needed it?
I trained a virtual chat-bot mother—a digital space where you can share your emotions and feelings whenever you feel sad or lost. This AI-driven “mother” will respond with empathy, helping you feel heard and supported. My hope is that this experience will bring comfort, making people feel less alone and more emotionally fulfilled.

I chose to call this project “MA_Project” because the word “mother” in many languages consists of variations of the letters M and A. The logo I created reflects this concept, depicting a mother and child, symbolizing the nurturing connection central to the project.
To enhance the experience, I designed a background inspired by the womb, a place where we first felt safe and loved, with all our needs met. This visual element aims to evoke a sense of security and remind us of a time when we were free from worries and fully cared for.
To enhance the experience, I created an installation—a life-sized womb where visitors could lie down, surrounded by rhythmic white noise alternating between their ears. This brief moment of tranquility helped release stress, offering a soothing and immersive experience.
The exhibition was held by Mason Gross Galleries, in New-Brusnwick, NJ, December 2024
Through this installation and application, I invite you to reconnect with your inner child and reflect on the role of a mother figure in your life. Together, let’s explore what it means to experience unconditional love and consider whether we truly need a “perfect mother.” Let’s take a moment to immerse ourselves in a space of emotional comfort and healing.
Let’s go back to where we felt loved. Let’s go back to the womb.
