Visual Identity for Open Studios Day for Mason Gross School of the Arts
I developed the visual style, posters, and social media assets for Open Studios Day at Mason Gross School of the Arts. The objective was to create a bold and contemporary identity that would capture attention while reflecting the school’s experimental and interdisciplinary spirit.
The visual system centers on a vibrant yellow-green accent set against a deep gray background. This high-contrast palette creates immediate visibility across both print and digital platforms, while maintaining a refined and cohesive aesthetic. The color combination conveys energy and openness, reinforcing the event’s invitation to explore studios and engage directly with artists’ processes.
I established a clear typographic hierarchy and modular layout structure to ensure consistency across posters, digital banners, and social media formats. The system was designed to be adaptable and scalable, allowing for seamless application across multiple touchpoints while preserving a strong and recognizable presence.
The result is a dynamic and contemporary visual identity that positions Open Studios Day as an accessible, high-impact cultural event within the school’s calendar.
